- Represent Khmer culture and art, "Neak" is the symbol of Angkorian royalty and appears in many ancient artifacts.
- Retain the formal look yet simplified and stylized appearance to be easily adaptable for other uses i.e. souvenir items.
- Greenish grey color stands for prosperity in Khmer and is blended with dark brown, Earth-tone color to convey institutional maturity and is growing from the earth.
